A: We are Full-Time real estate investors

Q: But what if my house is in VERY BAD shape?
A: This would not prevent us from looking
at your home.
Q: My home is in good shape, but
I have no equity. Can you still help me?
A: In most cases, that is not an issue.
Q: Why would

when I can sell my home through an agent?
A: Most folks have exhausted that option before
coming to us and/or they cannot afford the real estate commissions
or need to sell their home very fast. Each and every situation
is different. We understand that and are willing to take
